Our faith, ministry, and daily lives are grounded in the truth of God’s Word and centered on Jesus Christ.
At Equipped Daughters, we believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God and the final authority for faith, truth, and daily living.
We believe in one God, revealed as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, and that salvation comes through repentance and faith in Jesus Christ.
We believe that followers of Jesus are called to live lives of holiness and righteousness, fully surrendered to Him. We believe in the authority and active work of the Holy Spirit in the life of every believer, bringing conviction, spiritual growth, transformation, and empowerment to live holy and obedient lives.
We also believe that God continues to work through the power of the Holy Spirit today, including physical healing and restoration.
We believe that Jesus Christ died for our sins and was raised from the dead, and that through the Gospel lives are transformed as disciples grow in Christlikeness and make disciples of others.
We believe that Jesus Christ will return again, and we live with faith, urgency, and obedience as we await His coming.

Equipped Daughters exists to equip women to follow Jesus wholeheartedly.
Rooted in Ephesians 4:12, we are committed to sharing the Gospel, seeing lives transformed, and raising women who grow in faith, walk in holiness, and disciple others.
Through biblical teaching, discipleship, community, and outreach, we create intentional spaces where women are strengthened in the Word and equipped to live out their faith every day.
Equipped Daughters envisions a generation of women who are spiritually grounded, personally developed, and equipped with the tools, resources, and confidence needed to lead, serve, and build strong futures.
Kayla has a genuine heart for people and a deep passion for seeing women grow in their relationship with Christ. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, she serves children with excellence in her profession while remaining deeply committed to advancing God’s Kingdom.
She faithfully invests in building and discipling women, encouraging them to walk confidently in who God has called them to be. Her wisdom, faithfulness, and servant’s heart make her an invaluable part of the Equipped Daughters leadership team.

We take a whole-person approach to equipping women spiritually, personally, and practically.
Through discipleship, mentorship, education, leadership development, and community outreach, we create intentional opportunities for women and young women to grow in faith, discover their purpose, and confidently use their gifts to serve others.

We equip women with practical tools and resources, including college readiness, résumé support, career preparation, life skills, goal setting, leadership development, and professional guidance rooted in biblical integrity.

We serve women, families, and communities through outreach, care initiatives, resource connections, and meaningful partnerships that address practical needs with compassion, love, and dignity.
